    Official Rules

    Event: ECAR Real Estate Bar Camp (REBar Camp)

    Giveaway Period: October 30, 2026, until 4:30 PM Central Time

    1. Eligibility

    The giveaway is open to attendees of ECAR Real Estate Bar Camp who are at least 18 years of age.

    2. How to Enter

    To enter, complete and submit the official Front Door Photo giveaway entry form during the giveaway period.

    All entries must be received by 4:30 PM Central Time on Friday, October 30, 2026.

    No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

    Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

    3. Prizes

    Three (3) winners will be selected to receive the following prizes:

    • First Place: One complimentary Front Door Photo photography shoot, valued at up to $500.

    • Second Place: One $150 discount code toward Front Door Photo services.

    • Third Place: One $50 discount code toward Front Door Photo services.

    The first-place prize covers eligible photography services up to a maximum value of $500. Any services exceeding that amount will be the responsibility of the winner.

    All prizes have no expiration date and are subject to Front Door Photo's standard service terms and scheduling availability.

    Prizes are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash or change, and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes, including the 25% new-client offer.

    Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Front Door Photo.

    4. Winner Selection

    Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

    The drawing will take place within a few days following the event.

    Each eligible participant may win only one prize. Winners will be selected without replacement, with prizes awarded in first-, second-, and third-place order.

    The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    5. Winner Notification

    Winners will be contacted using the email addresses provided on their entry forms.

    If a selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or is determined to be ineligible, Front Door Photo may select an alternate winner.

    Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address.

    6. Marketing Communications

    Entering the giveaway does not require consent to receive marketing communications from Front Door Photo.

    Participants may separately choose to receive occasional emails about photography services, promotions, and company updates.

    Declining marketing communications will not affect giveaway eligibility or the chances of winning.

    7. General Conditions

    By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Front Door Photo Media Group LLC regarding the giveaway.

    Front Door Photo reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or participants who attempt to interfere with the giveaway.

    Front Door Photo may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent its fair administration, subject to applicable law.

    8. Privacy

    Personal information collected through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, contact winners, and, where separately authorized, send marketing communications from Front Door Photo.
